Article Project

When you have read the book reviews and we have discussed the reviews in class, you'll be ready to return to MARBL to view the articles you will summarize and evaluate for your own review. Like before, you'll ask for either Heaney, Hughes, or Clifton and then you can choose from a selection of material which item you want to work on.

This time, however, I pre-selected items. There's still a wide range to chose from, but you must write on either:

Ted Hughes
Box 114, Folder 7 "The Interpretation of Parables"
Box 114, Folder 16 "Myth and Education"
Box 114, Folder 22 "Janos Pilinszky"

Seamus Heaney
Box 74, Folder 12 "Current Unstated Assumptions about Poetry"
Box 74, Folder 18 "The Impact of Translation"
Box 74, Folder 40 "UNC-Chapel Hill Commencement Address 1996"
Box 74, Folder 53 "The Power of Poetry, Emory Commencement Address 2003"

Lucille Clifton
Box 28, any interview

ALSO: When you are in MARBL, please let the staff know if you no longer need the books you reserved for your exhibit project under either your name or mine. They need to be able to put the items back if you do not need it.
